About Us

We are a boutique family business in Raleigh, North Carolina, focused on maintaining the highest standards of health and well-being for our French Bulldogs and their puppies through ethical breeding practices. Our dams and sires are our fur babies— which is why we have significantly fewer adult dogs than most breeders. We never add a Frenchie to our own family unless we can offer them the love and attention they deserve. We have the luxury of being extremely selective and patient because we’ve established other income sources that enable us to focus our attention on each mother and her litter. We never raise more than one litter simultaneously, as this would divide our attention at your puppy’s expense. Our clients appreciate our integrity and the peace of mind that comes from knowing we’re never under financial pressure to lower our standards or “churn out” puppies.

The health of our dams is paramount in determining how many litters we have each year and how many litters each dam will have over her lifetime. If any dam has a particularly tough pregnancy—even if it’s her first—we spay her as soon as it is safe to do so. Every dog in our household is fed only the highest quality food and carefully tended to. This investment in our dogs is reflected in the health and welfare of their puppies. For example, we never expect to pay less than $7,000 for the dams we breed. While the average price of a French Bulldog has dropped over the last decade, the best-bred dogs have maintained their value—which is also why you see such a wide range of pricing across the breed. We also feed our dams only real, high-quality food to maximize not only their nutrition but also the health of their puppies. We never do anything that would put their health at risk, including overbreeding—a practice that has unfortunately become more common as demand for the breed has risen.

You’ll notice that our Frenchies are on the smaller side, as this—along with other factors we screen for—minimizes their risk of health issues. Larger, heavier Frenchies are much more prone to debilitating back and neurological injuries.

Frenchies thrive on human contact, and we give your pup the love and attention they deserve from the day they’re born. We raise each puppy by hand in our own living room, where they are never more than 20 feet from one of us. This level of socialization with us and our adult dogs results in a well-adjusted and happy pup. Since we don’t employ pet sitters, helpers, or whelpers, each pup’s still-developing immune system remains uncompromised by exposure to harmful elements or an excessive number of people who could introduce bacteria or viruses into their environment.

We understand that choosing a lifelong companion based on a picture alone can be difficult, so we’re more than happy to tell you all about each puppy’s personality to help you find the right match. This is only possible because we whelp the puppies ourselves.

We consider every puppy to be a member of our family and love seeing photos and videos of them over the years after they’ve joined your family, too. We appreciate our clients’ patience as we vet them more thoroughly than most breeders to ensure that you and your puppy can look forward to a lifetime of happiness together. As such, if anyone who adopts our puppies ever needs to rehome their Frenchie for any reason, we will take the pup back with no questions asked. Life throws us all curveballs, and our commitment to our puppies doesn’t end when you take yours home.
